Return policy

At Marrakecheology we take pride in our selection of high-quality products. We hope that you love all of them, however, we do understand that each of us are unique and that some products just may not be for you!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at info@marrakecheology.com and start your returning process. You can return your item within 14days after delivery and get your payment back. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards

• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

• Any non-returnable items (see list above)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process takes up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
